My name is Brian Masters, and I’m the owner of Masters and Company, LLC (m&co). I started this company to bring clarity to the often chaotic world of construction and remodeling. The stereotypes we all know—over budget, behind schedule, disorganized, tense—exist for a reason. But they don’t have to be the norm.

My construction career began in 2008, helping my dad remodel houses in my hometown of Ponca City, Oklahoma. That hands-on experience taught me a deep respect for the trades and the value of doing things right. From there, I joined a commercial general contractor, wearing many hats and learning both in the field and in the office.
In 2013, my wife and I moved to Northwest Arkansas, and I joined Nabholz Construction as a Preconstruction Specialist. Over the years, I grew into roles as Senior Preconstruction Specialist, Project Manager, and eventually Senior Project Manager—overseeing a wide range of commercial projects.
I hold certifications as a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) from the Amercian Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) as well as a Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) with the American Institute of Constructors (AIC).
I have the blessing of being married to my best friend. Together, we have four incredible daughters and a golden retriever who fully believes he’s one of the kids. We love spending time together as a family—especially at the lake—and enjoy the outdoors, good music, and anything witty or sarcastic. When I get the chance, I enjoy playing guitar and drums, mountain biking, and fly fishing.
